New Rules for JEE Main 2025

Important changes have been made by the NTA for JEE Main 2025 registration:

• Aadhaar-Based Authentication: To resolve the 5% of applications that were not completed in prior years, all candidates must submit to Aadhaar verification.
• Exam Pattern Change: In accordance with the desire of 70% of top-ranked candidates preferring numerical questions, Paper 1 now consists of 10 NVT questions per topic (math, chemistry, and physics) rather than 5.
• Post-Submission Updates: In an effort to cut down on correction-related inquiries by 50%, candidates can now update their information for INR 200 per modification.
• Extended repair Period: In order to accommodate the 15% of applicants who sought last-minute revisions, the repair window is now available until two days before the deadline.
• Increased Server Capacity: The NTA has increased server capacity and hired more workers to handle the 20,000 support calls during peak hours in 2024, which translates into a 40% increase in traffic during peak registration days.
