About M.Tech

An M.Tech. degree from KCC is your stepping stone to such an exciting future.

Eligibility of MTech College
To pursue an M.Tech at KCC, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in the field from an accredited university. Candidates must have earned at least 60% overall in their B.E. or B.Tech programs. SC/ST/PwD candidates. Can apply with a minimum of 54% marks. After GATE students are assigned seats, non-GATE candidates are admitted to M.Tech programs based on their qualifying exam scores.
M.Tech Admission Procedure
Competitive results on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) are required for admission. AICTE, State Government, and Central Government regulations control reservations for M.Tech degree admissions. Management seats are filled directly by the institute by conducting institute-level counseling based on the merit of SEE- UPTU: 2017/ AIEEE rank & merit in qualifying examination.
NRI Seats
NRI candidates can apply to 5% of the management seats reserved for them. NRI seats would be filled up as per AICTE and University norms i.e. by NRIs who have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from an institute situated outside India provided such qualification is considered equivalent to 10+2 Examination by the Association of Indian Universities.
