In India, millions of engineering candidates are anxiously awaiting the JEE Main Result 2025. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) determines admission to prestigious engineering colleges such as NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) and is the prerequisite for JEE Advanced. Additionally, the exam prepares candidates for entrance to a large number of public and private engineering colleges.
JEE Main Result 2025 for Session 1 is anticipated on February 12. Results for the second session, which runs from April 1 to April 8, will be made public on April 17, 2025.
The next step is the JEE Mains Counselling. Students who clear the JEE Main exam and achieve the ranks and cut-off marks required by various institutions will be invited to the JEE Mains Counselling 2025 conducted by the JoSAA and CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board). All candidates must register for JEE Mains Counselling and pay their fees.
The JEE Mains counseling will start following the completion of the exams for Sessions 1 and 2. Exams for Paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech) are set for January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025, whereas Paper 2A (B. Arch), Paper 2B (B. Planning), are slated for January 30, 2025.
