The CLAT first allotment list for both UG and PG courses is currently available for viewing! The list was released on 26 December2024 and selected candidates have until January 2 to submit their responses. They can freeze, float, or remove their names from the initial lists. The Consortium released the first tentative list on December 26, 2023, which gives you an idea of the CLAT 2024 cut-off scores. This was around 1.5 weeks following the publication of the CLAT Result 2023.
Important information from the CLAT 2024 first allocation list is as follows:
1] Opening and Closing Ranks by Category:

Overall: There is a large variation in the range; leading National Law University such as NLU Bangalore have a starting rank of 1 and a closing rank of 84.

OBC: The ranks are wider at the beginning and end. NALSAR Hyderabad, for example, begins at 189 and rises to 1076.
2] Top 3 NLU Admission Cut-offs:

NLU Bangalore: The cut-off range is 1-84 for the general category.

NALSAR Hyderabad: The general category's range is 6-158.

NLU Kolkata: The general category cut-off is between 140 and 262.

What after the Release of the CLAT 2024 Cut-off?
The CLAT merit list will be made public by the NLA Consortium following the CLAT cut-off announcement. Only if you receive a score higher than the CLAT cut-off will you be invited for CLAT counselling.
