XAT Selection Process

After the Xavier Aptitude Test results are released, the XAT selection process for 2024 will be held at XLRI, Jamshedpur. There is no centralized process; instead, each XAT participating institute has its own unique XAT selection process 2024. Students who are selected for XAT counselling are those whose names appear on the final merit list based on their XAT 2024 score. To participate in the XAT 2024 selection process, candidates must register on the official website of the colleges they desire to apply to.

Candidates who pass the XAT exam and meet the admission cut-off must fill out an online form to indicate their interest in taking part in the GD/PI portion of the XLRI selection process. The admissions panel evaluates each applicant's academic background before shortlisting them. Those who are selected for further consideration are invited to the GD/PI round. Candidates are given final admission if they pass the GD/PI round.

On January 7, 2024, the XAT 2024 exam will take place, and the results will be made public in the final week of January 2024. The XAT cut-off 2024 will be made public in February, marking the start of the XLRI selection process.

Shortlisted candidates must take part in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), two crucial XLRI selection processes. Using their login information, candidates can access the shortlist on the official XAT website, xatonline.in.
