Course Overview

B. Tech in Computer Engineering with specialisation in Data Science (DS) is a new, exponentially growing field which consists of a set of tools and techniques used to extract useful information from data. The programme encompasses data Science as an interdisciplinary, problem-solving oriented subject that learns to apply scientific techniques to practical problems.

Data Science is the conceptual framework which is used in Analytics, this would include statistics, computational physics, algebra, CS and all allied subjects.

Eligibility of B.Tech Data Science from Delhi NCR: Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology.

Admission Procedure of B.Tech Data Science College in Delhi NCR: Admission to the B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering would be done on the basis of JEE 2025 & 10+2. Management seats are filled directly by the institute by conducting institute level counseling.

NRI Seats: 5% of the management seats would be available for NRI candidates. NRI seats would be filled up as per AICTE and University norms i.e. by NRIs who have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from an institute situated outside India provided such qualification is considered equivalent to 10+2 Examination by the Association of Indian Universities.

Scholarship based on class XIIth score

90% and above in eligiblity subjects - 100% of semester fee
80%-89% in eligiblity subjects - 50% of semester fee.
75%-79% in eligiblity subjects - 25% of semester fee
70%-74% in eligiblity subjects - 15% of semester fee

* This scholastic scholarship is granted only inthe first year

Sports Scholarship

Zonal Zonal Level Player : 5% of fee each year
State State Level Player : 15% of fee each year
National National Level Player : 25% of fee each year

Defence Scholarship

Children of defence personnel's are ofered scholarship to the extent of 10% of fee each semester. The student has to produce card of his parent at the time of admission as a proof of service. The scholarship is also offered to wards of Ex-servicemen.

Bank Loan to Pursue B.Tech in Data Science

Students are eligible to avail study loan from any of the Nationalized Banks.
